Job Title: Enrolled Nurse (EN) Aged Care Location: Various Regional & Metropolitan Locations Across Australia Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Casual About the Role: ANZ Healthcare Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our network of aged care facilities across Australia. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to elderly residents in line with Australian Aged Care Quality Standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver person-centred care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition. Administer medications (if medication endorsed) and monitor the health and wellbeing of residents. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Accurately document and update resident records and care activities. Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols and workplace health and safety standards. Respond promptly to changes in residents conditions and escalate appropriately.
