Reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, the Civil Supervisor will oversee site operations and lead multiple crews through the successful delivery of road rehabilitation projects. Working closely with site based Foremen, this role will focus on project performance, quality and team leadership. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor or Senior Foreman preferably with exposure to stabilisation or pavement rehabilitation works. This is a full-time position based at our Somersby depot, supporting both local and regional NSW projects.
