The role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, External Communications, the Internal Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the Pepper Money employee experience - a strategic pillar of our business. The role is uniquely positioned to lead the activation of our brand from the inside out, ensuring our internal communications not only inform but inspire our people. It’s about more than messaging - it’s about championing our X Factor program, a business-wide commitment to consistently delivering exceptional experiences across every touchpoint: our people, our customers, and our partners. By planning and implementing multi-channel communications and employee experience activations across Pepper Money’s offices, this role ensures alignment with strategic priorities while fostering a culture of connection, clarity, and purpose. This is a high-impact position requiring sound judgement, strategic foresight, and creative execution through traditional and new media. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Plan and develop targeted communications for the Chief Executive Officer and wider Executive team in response to key business portfolios. Collaborate with the business to design and deliver a creative internal communications plan, overseeing the execution of the employee communications calendar. Manage online/in-person employee Town Halls and other key large internal events as required. Work closely with the D&I and Pepper Giving Committees to plan and implement targeted communications to support their goals. Work alongside the Technology department on SharePoint, intranet management and maintenance. Involvement in the design and execution of Pepper Money’s digital workplace roadmap. About you: 5 years' experience in a similar role. Strong writing skills, including understanding of grammar and plain language principles. Demonstrated experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Suite and Adobe Premier Pro. Strong relationship management as you work closely with Executive and Senior Stakeholders. Confident in your own ability to rollout effective communications in a fast-paced environment.
