MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – 4-MONTH CONTRACT Kimberley Argyle Rehabilitation Project | 2:2 Roster | Days Only | S26 Required Our client is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on a 4-month contract at the Kimberley Argyle Rehabilitation Project with an opportunity for it to be extended into 2026. This role operates on a 2:2 FIFO roster (days only) and is a key leadership position overseeing a team of 20–25 personnel . Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for plant and equipment on site Lead and mentor a team of maintenance personnel to ensure safe and effective work practices Liaise with production teams to schedule maintenance and address equipment faults Monitor and enforce compliance with company and client HSE and QA standards Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure tooling and equipment are available and in good condition Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to site safety culture About You Previous experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably within earthmoving or heavy industry Strong mechanical aptitude with proven fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Confident communicator and team leader with the ability to prioritise and delegate Recognised mechanical trade certificate (desirable) S26 qualification is essential Section 44, First Aid, and High Risk Licences (desirable) Valid C-Class Australian Driver’s Licence (non-probationary) What We Offer Short-term contract with competitive remuneration FIFO from Perth Opportunity to work on a significant rehabilitation project in the Kimberley region Be part of a supportive and professional maintenance team We are only able to accept candidates already based in WA, can travel to Perth to fly and that hold working rights for the duration of the contract.
