As a Youth Worker, you’ll be a positive role model and trusted support person for young people as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward greater independence. Location: Toowoomba Hours: Casual shifts available across 7 days a week Hourly Rate: $50.37 Super (based on experience and qualifications) Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Works within the NDIS Code of Conduct and Child Safety Standards of Care Builds safe, supportive, and influential relationships with children Supports children in achieving developmental goals and personal growth Provides in-home support and domestic assistance Offers transport services within the community as required Delivers behaviour support to children with complex and trauma-based behaviours Completes accurate and timely report writing To be considered for this role, you must: Evidence of Right to Work in Australia Certificate III in Individual Support or Equivalent First Aid and CPR Certificate Blue Card – Working with Children Check Yellow Card – NDIS Clearance Driver’s License If you're a compassionate and resilient individual seeking to develop your skills within a supportive, values-driven team, we’d love to hear from you!
