About the Role: Our client, a well-regarded shopping centre landlord, is seeking a Retail Maintenance Manager to join their team in Northern NSW. In this role, you'll be hands-on in ensuring the centre is well maintained, safe, and welcoming for the local community playing a key part in its day to day operations and presentation. Key Duties: Manage daily maintenance tasks and repairs to optimise the centre's presentation and function Assist in preparing and maintaining a 12-month maintenance schedule Coordinate timely responses to retailer complaints and ensure daily centre maintenance Follow procedures for insurance claims and manage WHS compliance Conduct regular WHS audits, equipment testing, and annual fire drills Complete contractor inductions and regular maintenance inspections Understand and manage contracts, monitor performance, and ensure safe work practices Play an active role in disaster management and maintain relationships with emergency services Skills & experience: Trade background is advantageous, but not essential A track record of operational administration within a corporate organisation Sound technical understanding of base building plant and equipment Strong computer skills as well as a good level of numeracy and analytical skills Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills Capacity to work flexible hours, including weekend work when required Benefits: • Great Salary Package • Future Opportunities for growth • Work Directly for the landlord How to apply: If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for and would like to apply, then please send your CV to Marton Volep or Samantha Sergiacomi ASAP via ssergiacomi@iconicrecruit.com.au before this position is filled.
