Job Title: Solution Engineer - Utility Projects Location: Melbourne, VIC Salary: Competitive base salary performance-linked bonuses Work Set-up: Fully Onsite About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Solution Engineer with a strong structural engineering background to lead the development of customised PV racking solutions for utility-scale solar projects. You'll be responsible for providing technical expertise from concept through execution, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams. We are specifically looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in: Tracker system design (e.g. torque tube configuration, row spacing) Wind compliance in accordance with AS1170.2, particularly in high-wind regions (Region C/D) Technical discussions around stow angle optimisation, terrain layout strategy, and interpreting wind tunnel reports Candidates with direct experience in tracker or ground-mount structural design within Australia or similarly regulated environments will be prioritised.
