Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Senior OT who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals with disability—right where they live, learn, work, and play. This community-based role offers the opportunity to work across diverse settings including clients' homes, schools, and local environments north of the river. As a clinical leader, you’ll deliver meaningful therapy, mentor junior team members, and help drive service excellence in assistive technology and daily living support. What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering evidence-based occupational therapy to individuals of all ages in their homes and community settings Providing expert assistive technology assessments and recommendations , including home modifications and equipment prescription Promoting independence in self-care, mobility, communication, and access to daily activities Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, person-centred outcomes Supporting and mentoring early career therapists and contributing to clinical governance and service design What You’ll Bring: AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Minimum 3–5 years' experience in disability and/or community OT Strong skills in assistive technology (AT) and home modifications A passion for mentoring, leadership, and continuous improvement A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for community travel Why Join Us?
