Provide exceptional administrative and project support to the Director - Real Estate Assist with collating data and generating reports, briefing packs and other documents to provide key metrics and insights to the Regional Real Estate team Ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and information, both incoming and outgoing, with internal and external parties Record information in SAP and other ALDI software systems to ensure Real Estate records are accurate and up to date Provide support on various property related activities including maintaining accurate records and financials for any property related projects Processing/management of Property related invoices including investigating invoice discrepancies
