About the Role: Carbiz is seeking motivated, energetic, and organised Claims & Recoveries Officers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accident replacement and credit hire claims, working closely with insurers, customers, and third parties to negotiate outcomes and ensure timely recoveries. You’ll play a key role in supporting Carbiz’s accident management process, contributing directly to positive customer outcomes and business performance.
