Description About the role Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and improving business processes? As a Business Analyst in our Risk and Compliance team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of compliance at Victoria University. You’ll work closely with the Chief Risk Officer to lead initiatives such as the Complaints Simplification Project and the implementation of new Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems. This is a dynamic role where your insights and expertise will directly impact the University's operations and strategic direction. Duties An example of duties you may perform will include: Lead the development and implementation of the Complaints Simplification Project (CSI-VU). Analyse and document business requirements and processes for new initiatives. Support the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change management and process improvements. Monitor and support internal audit findings and risk mitigation strategies. Prepare high-quality reports and recommendations for stakeholders. About the you: We’re looking for someone with a strong background in business improvements, ideally within a regulatory or compliance-focused environment. Experience in project management and system development life cycles will be highly regarded. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for stakeholder engagement.
