Provide supervision to a team of Youth Support Officers, including development of rosters in order to provide care, supervision and support to young people with complex behaviours who have been ordered to reside at the bail facility. You will be coordinating a team and liaising with various program providers to help young people continue education, recognise the impact of their offending behaviour, make restitution, learn new skills and successfully reintegrate into the community.
