About the role The Group Health and Fitness Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day to day running of the health and Fitness business operations, through updating and streamlining processes across both Norths Fitness and Revolution Health and Fitness. The Group Health and Fitness Marketing Coordinator, will lead and motivate the team in achieving collective growth targets and individual key performance indicators. This person will lead from the front, energising and inspiring a high -performance culture across both Norths Fitness and Revolution Health and Fitness. Key Responsibilities include: Group Operational performance. Ensures all processes are well documented, reviewed frequently and adhered to across both Norths Fitness and Revolution Health and Fitness. Team Leadership. Ensure a commitment to the development, motivation and training of employees; including training plans, qualification maintenance and quarterly reviews. Communication. Effective communication with all key stakeholders including the Operations Managers, line managers, members and team members. Marketing. Lead, plan and executive marketing campaigns across Norths Fitness and Revolution Health and Fitness. Exceptional Customer Experience. Oversee exceptional customer experience standards at Reception across the team and lead by example in all interactions. Sales and finance. Continuously grow sales and project manage retention activities in line with membership growth target plan and strategic plan. Continually monitor budget expenditure and revenue to deliver activities in a cost effective manner and in line with the budget. Strategy and marketing. Manage all aspects of developing operational process that are in line with the strategic plans. Oversees the development and successful implementation of the marketing calendar across both Norths Fitness and Revolution Health and Fitness. Workplace Health & Safety. Actively support a range of activities in accordance with Work, Health & Safety legislation obligations and in line with Norths Collective's Risk Management Program. The Candidate: 2 years' marketing experience Marketing/Communications qualifications - ideally in fitness, leisure or a membership based industry Demonstrated content writing with strong creative and copywriting skills Email, website and social media marketing experience Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal skills High level of presentation and professionalism Some graphic design experience will be an advantage.
