Build Meaningful Connections. The Role We are currently looking for support with active overnight shifts (at least 3 nights per week). Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. This includes: Awake overnight support Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans or in your own car) Your duties will include: Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines. Manual handling Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent. Building positive relationships with our clients. What You'll Bring: Professional Disability Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your can-do attitude is key! Someone who embodies CPA values, is client-focused in their approach to care, and driven by the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
