The key duties of the position include About the Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Digital Advisor - Web and Digital who will support the Assistant Director in driving the planning and implementation of digital activities across the agency and externally. They will build long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the success and sustainability of ASQA's initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Managing the day-to-day administration of ASQA's website, intranet, email marketing database (Vision 6), survey tool and other online communications channels. Ensuring ASQA's online communications are compliant with the Digital service standard and provide a high-level of user experience to a diverse range of users Managing the website structure and content, of both the legacy and future websites, collaborating with Digital Transformation Program to ensure alignment with desired best practice content and information architecture approaches Managing and triaging requests for website updates within ASQA. Working collaboratively with other teams to manage and publish website content that provides for a positive end-user experience and assisting team members in ensuring content and requests fit in with the strategy and remit of the website Developing and championing website governance processes to ensure appropriate and accurate content is published in a timely manner Managing relationships with suppliers, including website hosts, developers, and designers, to ensure digital communication sites and applications are contemporary, fit for-purpose and align with best practice Monitoring performance of digital channels, including through routine audits, analysis of metrics, and reporting. Identifying trends and emerging issues and making recommendations for continuous improvement in user experience. Ensuring ASQA's brand guidelines are accurately reflected in digital and online channels Providing support for other members of the Corporate and Enabling Group to deliver excellent outcomes for the group and undertake other duties as required/directed. Skills and experience To succeed in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in managing and administering digital channels, with experience in Drupal, GovCMS and/or SharePoint is desirable A demonstrated understanding of best practice digital content management to publish content that delivers positive user experiences and represents ASQA's brand Demonstrated ability to manage a program of work, balance competing priorities and accomplish tasks under pressure, while providing sound options for decision making Demonstrated commitment and ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders and build trusted relationships to deliver specialist and strategic advice that aligns to ASQA's strategy and audience-first approach.
