Description The key responsibilites for the role: Strategic Leadership Design and implement HR strategy aligned to school goals Advise leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, and change Lead initiatives that promote collaboration and inclusivity Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage recruitment for academic and professional roles Build talent pipelines and elevate candidate experience Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring People Operations & Compliance Oversee HR processes, contracts, and performance reviews Ensure compliance with Australian legislation and industry best practice Manage employee documentation and systems Employee Relations & Development Provide guidance on staff relations and conflict resolution Coordinate professional learning and leadership programs Champion staff wellbeing and create a supportive workplace Profile The skills that this role requires: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline (Master's preferred) Demonstrated HR experience, ideally in education or related sectors Proven success leading strategic projects and recruitment campaigns Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills Knowledge of workplace laws, Awards, and HR compliance Skilled in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in education or values-driven organisations would be highly advantageous Understanding of the school environment and staffing challenges A proactive, empathetic, and collaborative approach Job Offer The below is what is on offer for the successful candidate: Laptop & phone allowance On-site car park Generous staff child discount Flexible work arrangements including school holiday flexibility Up to $130,000 - $140,000 plus super Ready to lead with purpose and make a difference in education?
