A role with unique responsibilities As a Phlebotomist/Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support across both clinical and administrative areas. Your responsibilities will include: Providing calm, supportive phlebotomy services to patients Managing patient bookings, triaging calls and emails, and delivering exceptional front-desk service Supporting the nursing team with administrative tasks and accurate data entry Collecting consent forms, conveying low-risk test results, and maintaining accurate patient records Generating financial quotes, discussing costs with patients, and handling billing and receipting Packing and dispatching pathology samples in line with protocols Ensuring clinic consumables are stocked and compliance standards are met Are you the ideal candidate for us? The ideal candidate will see their role as vital to the success of the organisation. Understanding there are ups and down in pregnancy and reproductive health, our phlebotomist will be sensitive to the needs of patients and will support their wellbeing through timely and considered communication.
