The Role: Reporting to the Contact Centre Supervisor, our Contact Centre Agents play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As the first point of contact, you’ll assist customers in finding tailored storage solutions that meet their needs. Based in our Brisbane CBD Contact Centre, you’ll be part of a vibrant, high-energy team, working closely with our Operations teams and Storage Centres across Australia and New Zealand. In this fast-paced, service-focused environment, you’ll handle a range of customer enquiries—providing friendly, professional support to both new and existing customers.
