We offer: SCHADS Level 2 super leave loading salary packaging Bonus leave during the end-of-year period Catered monthly team breakfasts and regular staff events Discounted childcare via our Rainbow Region Kids program Opportunities for training, development, and internal committees About the role As a NILs Loans Officer, you will: Conduct face-to-face and remote loan interviews with clients Assist with compiling and submitting loan applications Follow up on required documentation and liaise with Centrelink where needed Promote the NILs program and connect clients to other Community Gateway services Maintain accurate client records and meet reporting requirements Support loan clients who fall behind in repayments You’ll be based in Lismore , but may occasionally travel across the NSW North Coast region. What we’re looking for Essential: A genuine understanding of the needs of people on low incomes Relevant qualifications and/or experience in community services, finance or similar Strong time management skills and the ability to meet targets and deadlines Proficient computer skills, especially in databases and Microsoft Office Desirable: Experience in microfinance, loans, or financial support services Additional requirements: Current NSW driver licence Willingness to undergo a National Police Check Ready to apply?
