Key areas of responsibility include: Teaching and learning strategy and quality Academic staffing and workforce planning Setting the School’s Research agenda Staff engagement, performance and development Course portfolio management and future development School budgeting and operational management Stakeholder engagement including accrediting bodies and external partners. About you We’re looking for a proven leader who brings: A PhD in a relevant discipline Demonstrated leadership in a complex academic environment, including experience managing people, programs, and budgets. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to engage and motivate others.
