We're looking for a Tech Lead to join our Consumer Solutions team, powering the technology behind our flagship website and app. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll help shape and deliver our Domain strategy by driving innovation, ensuring engineering excellence, and guiding a talented team of developers working across React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and mobile technologies. You’ll be deeply embedded in both the technical and strategic layers of our work: architecting solutions, mentoring engineers, and partnering closely with stakeholders across the business. What you'll be doing Lead by example: stay hands-on while guiding the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality software Mentor engineers, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and promote engineering best practices Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver customer-focused solutions aligned with business goals Drive sprint planning, roadmap shaping, and technical decision-making Contribute to cross-domain forums and initiatives, improving systems and reducing tech debt Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility, and shared success What we are looking for Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer in agile environments Deep technical skills in modern web technologies (e.g., React, NodeJS, TypeScript) Strong architectural thinking and experience with scalable system design A passion for mentoring and leading by example Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills A strategic mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just output Why join us?
