The Role As an Aluminium Extrusion Press Process Woker, you will begin your training on the Finish Saw, with ongoing opportunities to develop your skills and become multi-skilled across all areas of the Press. This is an entry-level role with full training provided. This is a rotating shift role, with shifts changing monthly in the following order: Day → Afternoon → Night, in line with the RDO schedule. The Person Ability to communicate confidently and effectively to ensure work is completed safely and accurately Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team Physically fit with strong manual handling skills Willingness and ability to work rotating shift work Own reliable transport is essential due to location and shift hours The Benefits 38-hour week with Monthly Paid RDO!
