This role is a full-time, permanent position with a salary between $60k - $70k plus super (depending on skill level). Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, transfer to the appropriate staff member or department and taking detailed messages when required Greet visitors to the facility in a friendly and professional manner Ensure all visitors and contractors sign in and complete the online induction Ordering catering when required Manage office supplies, ensuring timely orders and stock management. Handle administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and efficiently distributing mail. Booking couriers, preparing packages and paperwork for pick up. Use your computer skills (especially Microsoft Office) to support various office tasks. Personal Traits and Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly phone manner. Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Proactive, with a can-do attitude, anticipating and solving problems. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management to ensure tasks are completed on time.
