Requirements: Tertiary qualification with strong knowledge of commercial and contractual frameworks. 8-10 years of experience in civil contracting, particularly in water-related infrastructure. Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies. Ability to assess site conditions through physical inspections and interpret technical data from surveys and investigations. A hands-on, practical approach paired with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
