Due to continued operational growth and business expansion, Mammoth is looking for a highly capable Talent & People Generalist to join our passionate People & Culture team. This is a pivotal role with a strong emphasis on recruitment (70%) while supporting broader HR generalist functions (30%). THE ROLE: Recruitment & Resourcing (70%) Coordinate full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of roles and business units Draft and post engaging job advertisements across approved platforms Screen, shortlist, and conduct candidate phone interviews Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process Perform pre-employment checks: references, rights to work, medicals, etc. Liaise with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruitment timelines Maintain and update our ATS (JobAdder), ensuring candidate data integrity Build and manage proactive talent pools to support future workforce needs Assist in preparing verbal offers and contract request documentation Support recruitment metrics reporting and process improvements functions Engage with external recruitment partners when required Human Resources Support (30%) Prepare onboarding packs, contracts, and employment documentation Coordinate onboarding logistics with IT, Payroll, and site teams Maintain up-to-date employee records Monitor and respond to general HR queries Assist with HR documentation formatting, including letters and policy updates Support HR compliance tasks and award interpretation research Update HR registers, checklists, and organisational charts Provide ad hoc admin support across the P&C function as needed THE REQUIREMENTS: 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or HR support End-to-end recruitment experience and a passion for candidate experience Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems (JobAdder preferred) Experience with onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Exposure to HR compliance, awards, or industrial relations is advantageous Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines Professional, discreet, and confident communicator – both written and verbal A collaborative team player who’s intuitive, proactive, and loves solving problems Qualifications & Systems Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar (advantageous) Working knowledge of ATS/HRIS platforms and digital document tools If you feel you have the skills to execute this role and you're seeking an opportunity within a dynamic business and vibrant team , we’d love to hear from you.
