About the Role – Part-Time Educator: We’re currently seeking a dedicated part-time Educator to work approximately 15 hours per week across split shifts (supporting morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up). This role is perfect for someone studying a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and looking to gain experience in a supportive, high-quality setting. What You'll Do: Build strong, lasting relationships with children, families, and your team Help deliver and document engaging learning experiences Contribute to our play-based Guardian Curriculum and centre community Support as a floater What is needed to be considered for this role: Currently working towards their Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or currently working towards a tertiary degree in ECE) Sound understanding of the NQF and EYLF and child safe standards Working with Children Check (For NSW) Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident (no sponsorship available, we do not consider student visas for this role) Ready to Join Our Roseville Team?
