Our client, a large mixed enterprise aggregation near Williams in WA's South West, is seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to take on a unique Farm Hand / Building Maintenance role. This is an exciting opportunity to combine building trade experience with seasonal work across broadacre cropping and sheep husbandry. The business is committed to producing grain, superfine merino wool and prime lamb. You'll report directly to the farm manager and be responsible for managing building maintenance tasks and assisting with general farm operations during peak times. About the role: Permanent, full-time position; Mix of building maintenance ( houses and sheds) and hands-on farm work; Identify and rectify building issues; Co-ordinate trades and manage minor construction work; Maintain and care for tools; Assist with seasonal work - seeding, harvesting, sheep work; Work closely with farm manager. About you: Experience in building trades - carpentry, masonry, plumbing or similar; Able to work independently and manage your own workload; Practical, can-do attitude with pride in workmanship; Basic understanding of cropping and livestock operations (desirable); Relevant trade qualification highly regarded; Own basic tools preferred; Manual C-Class licence essential.
