About the Company Our client is an expanding Security Integrator, recognised for deploying world-class technology, innovation, and strategic thinking to deliver comprehensive turnkey security solutions. They design, install, service, and maintain security systems across diverse sectors including hospitals, prisons, councils, commercial buildings, solar and wind farms, data centres, multichain retailers, manufacturing plants, and warehouse facilities. Responsibilities As a key member of the service team, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for the following: Organise and manage service calls, ensuring timely responses to maintenance requests or issues. Manage relationships with subcontractors to ensure smooth collaboration. Coordinate internal and external resources for efficient project execution. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure transparency in communication with clients and stakeholders. Manage expectations of both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations, and provide regular updates to clients and management. Complete and submit supporting paperwork and invoicing Requirements The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years of experience as a Service Coordinator in electronic security, fire, HVAC, or other building services-related environment. Strong communication and customer relationship skills. A proven ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively. Confidence and capability in handling difficult conversations. A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask in a lean and agile work environment. Experience with Simpro is a bonus! The Offer An attractive remuneration package is available commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 plus Superannuation.
