They are looking for a driven and dynamic Technical Sales Manager to join their NSW team and be a key player in delivering cutting-edge solutions to the building and construction industry. Your Role Will Involve: Building strong relationships with designers, engineers, mechanical and hydraulic consultants Promoting their premium range of underfloor heating and plumbing systems Targeting high-value projects via BCI project tracking and generating qualified leads Securing product specifications on major projects across the commercial and residential sectors Representing the Brand at HCAA events and strengthening industry networks Developing partnerships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 plumbing contractors Working closely with Reece on-site teams to drive product integration and increase their tier status Providing expert technical support to clients and sales teams What You Bring to the Table: A technical background in building technology, plumbing, construction , or similar 3 years of sales experience within a mid to large-scale business in a related field Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels The ability to present complex solutions in a clear, compelling way Confidence to work autonomously and collaboratively to drive success What You’ll Get in Return: A diverse and exciting role in a fast-growing, innovative company A supportive, flexible, and professional work environment Attractive salary package , including car allowance, fuel card and a performance-based commission structure A chance to be part of a company committed to shaping the future through innovation and sustainability Ready to Make Your Mark?
