They are now seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to take the lead on an exciting two-storey sports facility project based in Whyalla Norrie . This is a 12-month contract with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the delivery of the Whyalla Sports Facility project from start to finish Oversee all aspects of construction including budget, scope, timelines, and quality Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and trades on-site Monitor compliance with WHS regulations and conduct site safety inspections Conduct SWMS reviews and ensure high standards of safety are maintained Manage procurement, contracts, and on-site resources Liaise effectively with consultants, stakeholders, and project teams Key Requirements Demonstrated experience managing construction sites and teams Strong ability to interpret and work from construction drawings and documentation Trade qualification or relevant tertiary degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, etc.) preferred Excellent communication and organisational skills Valid driver’s licence What’s On Offer Contract commencing September 2025 with a view to permanent employment Attractive salary package including accommodation and a work vehicle Up to two return flights per month to Adelaide Supportive team environment with a strong company culture Long-term career growth potential within a respected construction firm This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values craftsmanship, leadership, and collaboration.
