About the Role As Regional Asset Manager – Wind Energy, you will take responsibility for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a portfolio of wind farms located in SA and WA. Working closely with OEMs, service contractors, internal engineering, and commercial teams, you will manage the day-to-day performance of assets while driving continuous improvement in availability, compliance, and value delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory obligations, and contribute to asset strategy, budget planning, and reporting. The role offers a mix of operational oversight, contract management, and technical problem-solving in a growing and mission-driven business. Key Responsibilities Manage the operational performance of wind assets across SA and WA Oversee contractor performance, O&M schedules, and OEM service agreements Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory obligations Track and analyse asset performance, availability, and fault trends Contribute to asset life extension, performance upgrades, and optimisation strategies Coordinate inspections, audits, and technical reviews Work with engineering, SCADA, and grid teams to resolve performance issues Prepare operational reports, budgets, and forecasts for internal stakeholders Support strategic planning for repowering, refurbishment, or redevelopment Business Coverage Utility-scale wind farms across South Australia and Western Australia Asset operations, service contract management, and performance optimisation Regulatory and environmental compliance Operational reporting and strategic asset planning Candidate Profile You are a technically grounded asset or operations professional with experience in wind generation or large-scale infrastructure. You combine hands-on knowledge of asset performance with a strategic mindset and strong commercial awareness.
