The Role Toll People are recruiting for multiple Case Management Administrators for casual positions. The positions are located in Adelaide CBD working Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Inbound calls Delivering exceptional customer service Inputting of orders, arranging despatch and delivery to completion Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly and accurately Processing reimbursements Accounts receivable Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills Initial assessment of online applications Responding to routine telephone & email enquiries Activation and co-ordination of 3rd party suppliers and vendors who provide accommodation, travel, housing, and removal services to customers Providing administrative assistance to case management teams and dedicated support to Case Manager Specialists Accountability and ownership - make a personal commitment to resolve customer issues and follow through to completion Skills & Experience Previous Administrative experience, preferably in a large organisation that is service orientated High competency in the full Microsoft Office suite (particularly Microsoft Excel) Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders in a dynamic 'operations centre' environment Ability to demonstrate confidence in customer/supplier negotiation and influence Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work to meet deadlines Ability to work autonomously A commitment to the customer Benefits Career progression pathway Great team environment Global organisation Flexibility About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
