In this exciting role, you will directly impact our client experience, becoming the face of 365 Care bringing us to life in our local community! Working as part of our Aged Care team, this is a sales role developing new client relationships. You will be the first point of contact for our future clients and their loved ones, providing clear, compassionate, and personalised advice relating to their Home Care Package. You’ll be part of a dedicated, compassionate team that’s committed to ethical, person-centred care. What You'll Do: Follow up on all new client enquiries, nurturing each client’s journey working closely with them from their first contact until they are ready for a face-to-face meeting with one of our Care Partners Provide tailored advice offering comprehensive information and practical guidance on their Home Care Package Build trusted relationships with new clients Uphold person-centred ethics, approaching every interaction with integrity ensuring each client’s experience is aligned with their best interests and personal needs Identify and attend relevant Community Engagement initiatives acting as our representative in the community Given the community engagement in this role, occasional travel across Western Sydney will be required.
