Retail Manager Ban Ban Springs Roadhouse and Motel Ban Ban Springs QLD Full-Time | Salary: $81 ,000 per annum super Kalra Fuels Pty Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee operations at our busy Ban Ban Springs Roadhouse and Motel . This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, rural team in a critical leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the roadhouse and fuel station, including staff supervision, stock control, and customer service. Ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain inventory, monitor fuel levels, and coordinate deliveries. Train and roster staff and ensure consistent performance and service standards. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Monitor sales, implement promotions, and drive business performance. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or fuel station management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a remote setting and manage a small team effectively. Hands-on experience with POS, inventory systems, and regulatory compliance. Solid understanding of retail procedures, OH&S, and customer service. Experience in managing stock and cash handling processes.
