About the role As Head of Early Learning, you will lead with integrity and vision, fostering a team culture grounded in care, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Providing pedagogical leadership across the centre Leading reflective practice, planning, and curriculum development Mentoring and managing a team of educators and early childhood teachers Overseeing compliance, assessment and rating readiness, and child safety Partnering with school leadership and families to support holistic transitions Representing the early years in whole-school collaboration and planning What we are looking for You are a strong and experienced early years leader with the confidence and capability to lead a high-quality, values-aligned learning environment.
