Production Operator - Canning Vale, WA Our client is a global leader in gases and engineering, seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join their Canning Vale operation. This role involves filling and handling cylinders, ensuring all products meet required specifications and are prepared for timely delivery. You will be part of a cohesive team working to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate equipment and perform duties in accordance with written procedures and safety standards. Fill, handle, and test cylinders to meet product specifications. Ensure product released for delivery meets documented specifications. Safely and efficiently unload and load cylinders, as well as sort, clean, and process them on the production line. Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the production and storage areas. Support the preparation of customer orders for timely delivery. Collaborate with a friendly and efficient team to maintain smooth operations. Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring that safety principles are always followed. Requirements and Attributes: Proven experience in a continuous process environment or a related industrial field. Current forklift license (preferred). Physically fit with the ability to repetitively lift 10 to 20kg cylinders. Strong commitment to safety practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written procedures. Ability to work well in a small team and independently when needed. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Must be able to pass medicals and D&A testing. Full working rights in Australia, with no restrictions to working hours. Hours and Pay Rate: Hours: 3:30 am - 12:30 pm, Monday to Friday Pay rate: $35 per hour. Penalties apply.
