Track and manage tickets through our Service Management framework. Perform root cause analysis and contribute to long-term solutions. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, testing and support teams for end-to-end issue resolution and release readiness. Maintain detailed documentation, support guides and technical knowledge bases. Participate in ongoing improvements in monitoring, alerting and system integration. Desired Skills and Experience A little bit about you: The skills you’ve picked up along the way: 3 years of experience in a technical analyst or support role within financial services or banking and experience with core banking platforms. Proficient in using application and log monitoring tools such as New Relic for proactive monitoring, performance analysis and alerting. Hands on experience with confluent Kafka. Solid understanding of REST APIs, API troubleshooting and integration architecture. Knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem and change management processes. Strong communication skills with an ability to work cross-functionally. Your life pre-Judo: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
