About the role: Facility Manager We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Facility Manager to lead our aged care community with a strong balance of clinical excellence, workforce leadership, and commercial responsibility. In this role, you will ensure a safe, well-maintained environment where residents receive the highest standard of care, staff feel supported and empowered, and operations run efficiently. With a deep understanding of clinical governance and a keen eye for financial sustainability, you will drive continuous improvement while always prioritizing the well-being of residents and the people who care for them. The Role: Leading the team to provide ongoing professional care and holistic support for residents Maintain day to day operational performance of the facility including accreditation, financial budgets, staffing, and safety Manage the budgetary requirements of the facility Lead the team, manage staff performance and build a positive culture within the team Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and followed, taking a continuous improvement approach whilst adhering to all accreditation standards Requirements: A minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with ideally 2 years of leadership experience. Full AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Excellent clinical background along with a comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Standards. Commercial acumen and solid knowledge of the key business drivers of aged care. Understanding, exposure and management of the Aged Care Funding Instrument, Aged Care Legislation and Facility Accreditation.
