About the role As the Organisational Requirements Manager is responsible for defining, documenting, and managing business and system requirements to align with organisational objectives. This role ensures stakeholder needs are effectively translated into actionable outcomes. Role Responsibilities Elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements. Develop requirement specifications and ensure traceability. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise and refine requirements. Manage changes to requirements and assess their impact. Qualifications and Experience Proficiency aligned with REQM Level 6, SFIA 7. Relevant qualifications in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or equivalent. Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama). Familiarity with systems engineering principles and methodologies.
