BINGO industries are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer. This is an exciting opportunity working out of our head office in Auburn! Role & Responsibilities: • Collaboration with Business leads for the processing, payment and maintenance of all payrolls related records in Success Factors • Ensure all payroll deadlines are adhered to, and pays are disbursed in a timely and accurate manner • Maintain the integrity of payroll data, ensuring all changes have appropriate documentation and comply with policies, award and legislation • Ensure all time and attendance information has been received and processed accordingly in Bingo’s T&A system • Assist in the monthly superannuation payments • Respond to payroll queries in an informative and friendly manner. • Interpret and administer awards and employment contracts. • Standard and ad-hoc reporting as requested • Facilitate hire, reclassification and terminations of employees. • Ensure the payment of all employee deductions, other deductions, court judgements, family court payments and superannuation payments ensuring mounts paid are correct and payments are approved by the business each pay. • Effective and timely management & recovery of overpayments for active and terminated employees, ensuring phone calls and communications are made upon identification of overpaid amounts. • As required, support Year End process along with monthly reconciliations and review that ensure year end is seamless. • Weekly Single Touch Payroll (STP) reconciliation and lodgement • Supporting process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and automation • Liaising with SAP support vendors for raising and following up on system-related tickets • Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system enhancements • Any other duties as reasonably directed.
