Administrator - Part Time SkillHire are currently taking applications from experienced administration officers in the Albany region for a temporary 6month assignment with possible extension. You will be working within the operations team of this client. 3 days per week (7:30am - 4:30pm). $44.00 per hour 6 months with potential extension Duties and responsibilities: Coordination of procurement, record-keeping, customer service and general support of the operational team. Effectively liaise and communicate at all levels to the best of your ability in delivering quality customer service. Proficient in Microsoft software and electronic systems e.g. emails, spreadsheets and record-keeping software. High attention to detail with accuracy, organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills. 3 year's experience in a similar environment. Must be available Monday to Friday weekly.
