Job Description "Leader of Learning & Wellbeing" School Coordinator Level 1 (Permanent) Acting Level 2 Opportunity (up to 12 months) Join our team as a Leader of Learning & Wellbeing - School Coordinator (Level 1) in a permanent ongoing role, with an exciting opportunity to step up into an Acting Level 2 position for up to 12 months to cover parental leave. This is a fantastic chance to grow your leadership experience while making a real difference in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a Leader of Learning & Wellbeing, you will lead and collaborate with a team of specialists including teachers, teacher's aides, school therapists, coordinators, administrators and other Aspect staff to deliver our evidence-informed, student-focused autism-specific approach. Use a person-centred and family-focused approach to ensure the delivery of quality educational standards. As a core member of the school's Learning Support Team (LST), you will lead and supervise the teaching team and partner parents, carers, and other members of the school community. You may be required to undertake on-class teaching responsibilities in the event of casual staff unavailability.
