Job Description As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing arrivals and departures Responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously Communicating with other departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met Actively resolving guest issues and challenges Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts and nights as required. You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
