Drive new engagement opportunities, contribute to presales, and support scoping of enterprise-scale solutions. Act as a key escalation point, solving problems efficiently and ensuring delivery success. Mentor and coach junior staff to build capability and encourage career growth. Provide sales training and enablement to partners, including product training, proactive sales coaching, pipeline management, and go-to-market support. Collaborate with pre-sales teams on technical partner enablement and marketing strategies for demand generation. To secure this exciting opportunity, you will need: 7 years’ experience delivering projects across multiple CX / BPO domains. 2 years’ presales experience with proven business outcomes. Demonstrated success driving strategic platforms across large enterprise accounts. A background in a role that blends sales alignment with delivery success. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to execute customer strategy and drive roadmap outcomes. Proven commercial and budgeting acumen. Industry expertise or interest—knowledge of industry-specific solutions and client challenges. Clear understanding of business issues and drivers in relevant sectors. Experience working alongside a sales team to drive customer growth.
