Duties Within this role you will be responsible for: Reviewing, refining, and updating over existing documents to align with company standards and site-specific requirements. Collaborating with stakeholders, participating in meetings to gather accurate information for documentation. Adapting documentation, ensuring structure and content are aligned with operational needs. Auditing and streamlining the businesses current document management system for improved accessibility and consistency. Replacing outdated documentation with updated specific information. Structuring and consolidating the site's safety management system into a streamlined, user-friendly format. Developing user-centric materials, including manuals, procedures, and emergency response guides. Organising and maintaining a centralized collection of technical documents within the company's system. Liaising actively with subject-matter experts to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards. Skills & Experience 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in manufacturing, operational or industrial sectors. Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to various audiences. Proficient written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and consolidate information. Hands-on experience with documentation tools and content management systems for organizing and maintaining technical content. Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations related to technical documentation.
