What are we looking for At Cosentino ( www.cosentino.com ) we are looking for a National Marketing Manager Oceania, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of. Responsible for implementing a defined marketing/lead generation strategy. The role will involve working closely with the Marketing Department Cosentino S.A and VP Oceania evolving the marketing strategy and implementing projects when required. What you will do - Identify and pursue market opportunities for co-branding, partnerships or sponsorship with third-party brands aligned with Cosentino’s brand values and territories. Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners to drive joint marketing initiatives, events, and product collaborations. - Work closely with the Architecture & Design (A&D) segment to: - Develop content collaborations such as interviews, thought-leadership pieces, and video testimonials. - Document and promote case studies showcasing key projects and applications of Cosentino materials. - Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influential professionals in the design community to drive brand awareness and organize activations and events. - Define and coordinate social media, content calendars and Media plan overseeing local adaptation to target the B2B2C segments. - Evaluate and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, supporting the global agency to address business local needs and provide strategic recommendations. - Coordinate and manage Cosentino Elite and Loyalty programs to enhance market impact, strengthen customer relationships, and drive brand advocacy. - Develop, manage and implement regional (ANZ) in-store marketing initiatives for retailers both online and offline, covering promotional activities, retail events to enhance brand presence, creating collaborative campaigns targeting retailers through social media, email marketing, and in-person engagements. - Plan and coordinate participation in key industry trade shows, exhibitions, and local events by identifying relevant opportunities, managing resources and requirements, establishing contacts and vendor relations, developing event schedules and assignments, coordinating communication and mailing lists. - Manage and coordinate internally within the Sales team all marketing campaigns designed by HQ (New launches, updates, special promotions, etc.) Determine in collaboration with the Sales Team the approach or plan to push new market initiatives and implement an action plan accordingly. - Manage marketing tools and platforms, ensuring: Timely ordering and distribution of marketing materials for new collection launches. - Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests. - Prepare internal and external communication materials to share marketing initiatives, business updates, and relevant market information. - Keep promotional materials ready and updated by coordinating requirements with graphics department. - Manage and coordinate marketing actions and activities at Cosentino Centers & Cities in cooperation with the General Managers & City managers. - Design, execute, and oversee the annual marketing plan and budget for Oceania, ensuring it aligns with global strategy while being adapted to local market dynamics. - Provide monthly report to the RD and Regional Marketing outlining current and plans for future activities. What you need to succeed Required Education Essential: University Degree (Marketing, Business Administration, etc.). Preferred: Master’s in Marketing Required Experience: -At least 8-10 years of experience in a Strategic Marketing Role -At least 3-5 years of experience working in a Marketing Driven Company Knowledge -Digital Marketing -Social Media Management -Building Material experience is a plus -Multinational company experience is a plus -Spanish is a plus Skills Required -Self-motivated, results orientated with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. -A natural forward planner. -Able to build and maintain relationships at every level. -Customer oriented.
