We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for executing the social media plan for the Artemus Group that includes Howard Smith Wharves precinct, select HSW hospitality venues, Story Bridge Adventure Climb and Manly Wharf. This role will see you work closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager and Brand Manager to conceptualise and implement innovative social media content and marketing campaigns to drive patronage and revenue for Artemus hospitality businesses. At Artemus Group we have an ever-expanding portfolio of restaurants, bars and real estate, we are specialists at revitalising iconic waterfront precincts and transforming them into thriving community and cultural hubs. Key responsibilities include: Assist in the development and execution of content calendars across social platforms. Create engaging and brand-aligned content including photography, videography, reels and stories in collaboration with internal teams and freelance creatives Facilitate all Hospitality photoshoots. Manage all Hospitality advertising enquires – respond and allocate as required. Write engaging, on-brand captions and ensure consistency in tone and voice for each venue. Manage and grow social media platforms Schedule posts, monitor performance, and optimize content based on analytics. Respond to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Work with influencers, local partners, and brand ambassadors to increase reach and awareness. Track and analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly reports Collaborate with venue managers, chefs, event coordinators, and marketing team to promote new offerings, events, and brand storytelling. Support PR and advertising initiatives with aligned social content. Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Venue Managers to co-ordinate marketing campaigns. Maintain and update the venue collateral, menus and websites/digital presence regularly What we are looking for: 2 years experience in social media management, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B. Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling. Proficiency in using tools such as Meta Business Suite, or similar. Photography/videography and basic editing skills (iPhone or DSLR level acceptable). Understanding of current trends on Instagram Reels, and short-form video. Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and customer experiences. Creative, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple venue brands. Team player with a collaborative attitude and customer-first mindset Marketing Degree with 2 years’ experience within the industry desirable Experience with design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and In Design Quality focus, problem solving, market knowledge Why you’ll love working for us?
