The Role: As a Broker Support, you will play a vital role in supporting our brokers and ensuring the smooth progression of loan applications from submission to settlement. You will be responsible for managing documentation, liaising with lenders and clients, and ensuring a seamless process for investment-focused borrowers. Key Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end loan processing from application through to settlement Handling residential, investment, SMSF, and off-the-plan loan applications Preparing and submitting loan applications using platforms like ApplyOnline or Mercury Communicating with brokers, clients, lenders, and assessors to ensure timely and accurate outcomes Reviewing documentation for compliance with credit policies Supporting a high-performing broker team to deliver outstanding client experiences What We’re Looking For: Experience in loan processing, mortgage administration, or financial services is highly regarded. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of loan applications. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, brokers, and lenders. Proficiency in loan processing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of investment lending structures is a bonus but not essential.
