In this role, you will lead the day-to-day clinical, operational and financial management of a large aged care facility. You’ll drive financial performance by maintaining high occupancy rates, implementing effective workforce planning, and working closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care. This role is ideal for a hands-on Facility Manager ready for their next challenge and committed to delivering high-quality care. You will bring strong leadership skills, ideally with experience in the aged care sector, and have the ability to foster a positive workplace culture while re-energising and motivating the team.
