About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on and organised individual to join our team as a Stores and Logistics Officer. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for managing the flow of materials and equipment that keep our operations running smoothly. From receiving deliveries to ensuring stock levels are just right, you'll play a key part in our day-to-day activities. What You'll Be Doing: Receiving & Organising: Unload deliveries, check for any damage, and make sure everything matches the invoices. Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, label items with storage locations, and update our system regularly. Dispatching Goods: Pack, weigh, and ship items as needed, ensuring everything gets to the right place on time. Stock Monitoring: Regularly review parts and consumables to ensure we order in the most cost-effective way. Tool & Equipment Tracking: Maintain a register of all tools and equipment, ensuring they're tested, tagged, and ready for use. Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance: Keep an eye on the maintenance and tracking of vehicles and mobile equipment. Safety First: Adhere to all safety and environmental requirements, following all procedures to maintain a safe workplace. What We're Looking For: Licenses: Forklift licence and manual handling experience. Driver's Licence: Current driver's licence; HR licence is a plus.
